We would like the judge, who presided over this case, investigated for basing his custody decision on hearsay and an obvious oversight of factual information. It is a proven fact that child abuse is proven by testimony witness of people associated with the child such as; daycare providers, teachers, counselors, doctors and psychologists, all of which were presented in this hearing and ignored. The testimony also included the statement of a previous child, who was sexually abused by the accused, in an attempt prevent her sister from going through the abuse she suffered. Just Bee Aware, after reviewing this entire case, feels that; with the court's lack of attention to the evidence presented, the inadequacy of the minor's council, and the court's denial of the mother's right to due process, it is now time to take this case to the people of California. We do this for all the mothers that face, or will face; the same issues of due process as the mother in this case has faced, and to prevent an innocent child from becoming, yet another, sexual abuse statistic. Former Deputy Charged with Molesting Kids

WHITTIER - Three more youths have come forward alleging that former Whittier police Officer Paul Ayala molested them, sheriff's officials said Friday. Sheriff's Special Victims Bureau Sgt. Dan Scott said the new accusations bring the number of children allegedly victimized to six. That includes two 10-year-old boys who claimed Ayala molested them when they played on a La Mirada Pop Warner football team that Ayala coached. The 17-year Whittier Police Department veteran, who retired in 2007, was charged March 3 with eight counts of lewd acts on a child and one count of oral copulation or sexual penetration on a child under age 10, said Jane Robison of the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office. He pleaded not guilty. He was being held on $8.2 million bail at Mens Central Jail in downtown Los Angeles, according to booking records. He is due back in court March 24. Prosecutors on Friday, March 26, 2010, charged Ayala with 2 more counts - one count of using force to commit a lewd act on a child and another count of lewd acts on a child - said Deputy District Attorney Frank Dunnick. Ayala's bail was increased from $8.2 million to $10.2 million to reflect the additional charges.
